Is there parking available at your gym, and how do I get there?
Street parking is available on Gerrard Street from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Be sure to pay attention to parking restrictions during rush hours. You can also park on any of the neighbourhood side streets free of charge for up to 3 hours at a time between the hours of 7 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Do you offer programs for kids and teens?
Yes, we offer a unique kickboxing class geared to kids aged 5 to 12 years. The focus is on learning proper kickboxing technique in a fun, supportive environment designed to build skills, fitness and self-esteem. Additionally, we offer teens classes for ages 13 to 17 years where participants can learn and refine their technique and skills in a positive environment that will encourage and challenge them.
Do you offer classes that aren't focused on boxing or fight training?
While many of our classes include some boxing and boxing technique, our focus is on performance and that means building well-rounded athletes. Our FIIT Lift class is a pure strength training class that focuses on form, technique and progressive overload to help you build muscle and get stronger. Additionally, our popular Caveman circuit class combines all types of movement including strength training, functional fitness, cardio conditional, agility, and balance with just a touch of boxing for a workout that will challenge your mental and physical endurance. Clients looking for personal training can get a program designed specifically to their goals, whether that includes fight training or not.
What are your hours of operation?
During the week, classes start at 6 a.m. and finish at 7:30 p.m. On weekends, classes start at 9 a.m. and finish at 11:30 a.m. Throughout the day, the gym is open between class times for personal training and open gym use. Please call ahead to confirm open gym times.
