Do I need to have boxing or fight training experience to take a class?

Absolutely not. Our classes are designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Each class goes over technique and form so you have the tools you need to succeed. The most important thing is that you work hard and have fun.

It's my first time, what if any equipment do I need?

All you need is your workout clothes, comfortable shoes and a refillable water bottle. For your first time, you can borrow a pair of boxing gloves. For subsequent classes or training sessions, you can rent gloves for $5.00 per session or purchase a pair from us.

Do you offer affordable membership options?

At FIIT Co, we believe that fitness is for everybody. We have a variety of membership options to choose from based on your goals and budget. You can purchase 5, 10 or 20 class passes or a monthly or annual membership on Mindbody.

Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one training to help you meet your fitness goals faster. Depending on your goals, budget and schedule, we’ll match you to a trainer that can best meet your needs.

Are there any nearby landmarks or intersections to help me find your gym?

FIIT Co is located in Leslieville at 1047 Gerrard St. E. on the upper floor. You’ll find us above the popular bar, The Vatican Gift Shop. The nearest intersection is Gerrard and Jones.
