Dear FIIT Co Family,

I wanted to take a minute to share some thoughts about this past year, but also what I am thinking about for the new year.

For those who do not know, I started FIIT Co eight years ago. It's been a heck of a run, and I could not be prouder of what we have built, but more importantly the support you all have given to this effort. We survived start-up, new locations, a global pandemic, and everything else life could throw at all of us - we are still standing!

As some of you have seen, we are making changes at the gym.The addition of the Boxing Academy, the addition of new coaches, and the testing and learning to see what is working best is ongoing. I want to make sure that as we make changes, we are making sure to keep our sense of community that we hoped for eight years ago is maintained. I have decided to try and do better at keeping in touch with you all so in 2026 I am aiming for a once a quarter note right from me.

Second, you may have seen new things on how we present ourselves. We have a new website that went live in early November, and inJanuary we are going to start our first time ever to advertise and bring new people into the gym. Yes, we are trying to grow our membership and yes, for all the obvious reasons. But for the non-obvious, we want to bring new energy into the gym for our community.

I know that we are not going to get it right every time, but I also know we need to keep pushing ourselves to make it better for all. I believe that is the cornerstone of what our community is all about - pushing oneself a little harder each step.

My wishes for all of you are:

A healthy, happy, and safe holiday season.

A continued desire to push yourselves individually and collectively.

Now, let’s kick some ass together,

Happy Holidays,

Jason
