Kiian Knight

Kiian Knight

FIIT Instructor, Kickboxing/Boxing Coach, Personal Trainer
Kiian teaches a variety of classes including kickboxing, full body circuit, and strength training classes.

Kiian is dedicated to helping people fulfill their fitness goals bringing a unique combination of strength/conditioning, movement, and kickboxing into one.

Kiian enjoys teaching anyone willing to learn, and has found his home with the New Frontier Fitness team. He teaches a variety of classes including kickboxing, full body circuit, and strength training classes.

Kiian has participated in the martial arts since the age of 6 with his true passion being kickboxing.  In 2014, he held the title as the North American K1 kickboxing champion. 

Currently he is an amateur competitive fighter, looking to take things to the next step.
