Class times dont work for you? Want to do your own thing? Book a space during Open Gym to challenge yourself with our Workout of the Day or your own training program.

Each 10×10 square is rigged with all the equipment you need to punch, kick, lift, sweat and conquer.

And if you do need some help or a few quick tips, our staff are always available for a conversation. We succeed when you succeed!
