Teen Class

A unique kickboxing class geared to teens aged 13 to 17.

The focus is on learning and refining proper kickboxing technique, fundamentals and skills in a positive environment that will encourage, challenge and change participants for the better.

We’re not just training kickboxers; we’re shaping well-rounded young athletes with our focus on the seven components of fitness — balance, speed, strength, stamina, agility, flexibility and coordination.

Designed for all fitness levels, the class is perfect for teens wanting to take on a new physical activity or enhance their training for other competitive sports.
