Kids Class

A unique kickboxing class geared to kids aged 5 to 12. The focus is on learning proper kickboxing technique in a fun, supportive environment designed to build skills, fitness and self-esteem.

We’re not just training kickboxers; we’re shaping well-rounded young athletes with our focus on the seven components of fitness — balance, speed, strength, stamina, agility, flexibility and coordination.

This fitness class is perfect for kids wanting to take on a new physical activity or enhance their training for hockey, lacrosse and other competitive sports.
