What is FIIT Camp?

FIIT Camp — Fight Inspired Interval Training Camp — is our unique four-week training regimen that mimics an intensive fight camp to optimize the champion within. Alternating between specific endurance, strength and hybrid workouts, this training camp will push your body to peak physical and mental limits. With a focus on all seven fitness components – balance, speed, strength, stamina, agility, flexibility and coordination — this full-body training program will push you to adapt, overcome and conquer in every aspect of your life.

Dumbbells, bodyweight, assault bike, heavy bag, strike pad, suspension trainer, agility ladder, tennis ball and slosh pipe.
